Rich MacDonald, son of the late Dave MacDonald, Shelby Cobra Team driver,
    lost his battle with Cancer. He now joins his parents in a better world. Reunited
    with Carroll Shelby, Bob Bondurant, Ken Miles and Dan Gurney.
